1. The price of the XRP token has taken a complete plummet into the ground, following a large lawsuit against two executives of Ripple. The token went from $0.56 to as low as $0.30 on the 23rd of December, following the suit. This is over 53% less than the price of the token two days ago. As a result of the massive drop, the token was nudged from its prestigious place among the top three crypto assets in the world by Tether.

2. SFC fines Fulbright Securities $3.5 million for short sale violations. Hong Kongs regulations require firms to deliver the shares, after completion of a short sale transaction.
