Jeff Bezos first announced in January he was getting divorced, but the months since then have revealed that the Amazon CEO was having an extramarital affair with a former TV anchor named Lauren Sanchez.

Allegations emerged that the National Enquirer, who broke the story, engaged in “extortion and blackmail” by threatening to release Bezos' intimate personal texts and photos.
